MODAFOCA is a brand committed to high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our shipping times vary depending on product availability and destination.

 

By accessing and using the MODAFOCA online store at www.modafoca.com, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, committing to comply with them along with all applicable laws and regulations in the Dominican Republic. If the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the site.

 

 

Order Processing Times

Available items: 3 to 5 business days.

– We’ll let you know when your order is ready for pickup if you choose to collect it from our store.

 

 

Shipping Times

International: 5 – 10 business days.

Dominican Republic: 3 – 5 business days.

Order & Shipping Confirmation Emails

You will receive an order confirmation message and a follow-up email once the order has been shipped. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 15 days of receiving the product, provided that it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a purchase receipt.

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

 

– Personalized products.

– Digital downloads.

– Items purchased on sale.

 

Customers must contact colmado@modafoca.com to initiate a return and follow the provided instructions.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

– We accept returns within 15 days of purchase.

– Items must be unused, in original condition, and the original packaging.

– Gift cards are non-refundable.

– Proof of purchase is required to process exchanges or refunds.

 

 

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

– Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at colmado@modafoca.com.

 

 

Gift Returns

– If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

– Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

 

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, send it to: Av. Bolívar 1056, Segundo Piso, Ens. La Julia, Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.

 

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

– If the returned item is valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. MODAFOCA does not guarantee receipt of returned items.

– For international returns, contact us to coordinate return logistics.

 

 

Lost Shipments

MODAFOCA is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the courier service. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the shipping provider.

If an order is lost, the customer must notify colmado@modafoca.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Based on the courier’s response, we may offer a replacement, partial, or full refund.
